This was my first time making pumpkin bread, but I really enjoyed how it turned out! I used this recipe here. This particular recipe is much spicier than other pumpkin breads I've had- yum!
This recipe made SO much bread that I was able to make cupcakes and pumpkin truffles with a whole loaf left over.
Combining the solids and the liquids to make a whole lotta orange.

Here's the completed pumpkin bread! I love having that slight mushy top to bite into so I always try and pull the bread out a minute or two early. I wonder if this would taste good with chocolate chips...I'll have to try that next. :)
