Corn on the Cob
This is one of the best recipes I've tried so far for making corn on the cob! They're left so juicy and buttery, while still keeping that crunch when you bite into it. Thank you to Spicy Southern Kitchen's recipe for awesome corn on the cob.
What You'll Need
- 3-4 ears of corn, cleaned and cut in half
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 stick salted butter
Cut the corn in half!
Grab a pot and fill it about halfway with water. Over the stove bring the water to a boil. It'll rise when you add the corn so don't fill it up too much!
Add in the butter and milk, then stir to mix.
Add in the corn halves and reduce heat to a simmer. Let it simmer for 6-8 minutes. Once done, remove the corn from the water and let them dry over a cooling rack for a minute or two.
Season with salt and pepper and you're ready to serve!
